AR-TEG Mold Sales
This 8’’ testing mold was designed for evaluating the NIL process of waveguides for AR glasses at the wafer level, This mold is especially useful with the process of high-index resin materials and optimization of nanoimprinting process for mass productions. Pattern design consisted of the binary grating with different fill factors and angles combined with the pillar pattern and blanket region. Full pattern without blanket region is also available.
*Pattern design doesn’t involve any Intellectual properties, thus the test results can be used without any limitation.
